My name is Dennis Coote and you may like to know my credentials for writing "How to make £32,384.55 in less than 4 months from your very 1st renovation project..."

I first trained as a plumber and gas fitter in the sixties at Daunton & Tyler in Bristol ending up as the training officer. In the seventies I joined Morley’s in Manchester and subsequently Northern Properties in St Helens. Because of my extensive knowledge of building techniques, I was employed as a surveyor in both companies.

This work developed my expertise in most branches of residential property construction.

In the mid-eighties, I set up my own company in St Helens called Heritage Homes and in this period I carried out renovations to several hundred properties. I was able to refine my techniques in analysing what work needed to be carried out, and evolving the best methods of controlling the tradesmen. These methods are covered in Part Three of "How to make £32,384.55 in less than 4 months from your very 1st renovation project..."

The best profit to be made from a renovation project is when the work speeds along quickly and everything has been foreseen. There is much therefore to be said about careful planning.

I do hope you enjoy reading this very practical course and that it will enable you to start on the road to making lots of money from these ideas, whilst at the same time, improving the housing stock in the country.

My own personal interests are very much involved with Theatre and in particular Musical Theatre and I have directed many hundreds of musicals all over the country.
